Table of Contents

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the Lienskill platform, including web and mobile experiences, user communities, hiring tools, learning content, profile services, and related modules. By accessing or using Lienskill, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies published on this site.

2. Accounts and Multi-Profile Use

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding account credentials. Lienskill may support multiple profile contexts under one account, including personal and company representations. You must only act in contexts for which you are authorized and may not misrepresent identity, affiliation, or authority.

3. Verification and Trust

Certain features may require additional verification, including identity, contact, or profile validity checks. Verification status may affect feature access and visibility. Lienskill may request updated information where needed to maintain platform integrity, user safety, and abuse prevention controls.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

You may not engage in fraud, harassment, spam, manipulation of ranking or reputation systems, circumvention of technical controls, or unauthorized access. Content and behavior that endanger users, violate rights, or undermine trust may result in immediate access restrictions and account enforcement.

5. Content, Licenses, and Takedowns

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the rights needed by Lienskill to operate, host, display, and distribute that content across platform features. You must have all required rights for submitted content. Lienskill may remove or limit content that violates these Terms or policy requirements.

6. Marketplace, Learning, and Jobs

Lienskill may provide tools for job matching, talent discovery, service collaboration, and learning content access. Platform availability, visibility, and ranking signals may vary by eligibility, trust, relevance, and product maturity. Users remain responsible for evaluating opportunities and counterparties before engagement.

7. Mobility Module

Mobility is provided as a platform module and may be subject to additional eligibility, verification, and safety controls. Driver participation is independent and subject to applicable local obligations. During designated beta periods, platform commission policies may differ from general commercial terms. Mobility operations may include location-aware workflows, ratings disclosure rules, periodic revalidation, and strict enforcement for fraud or document tampering.

8. Ratings and Reputation Systems

Lienskill may provide feedback, ratings, and related trust indicators across modules. You may not manipulate these systems through coercion, fake activity, or coordinated abuse. We may moderate, delay, or remove reputation signals when integrity concerns are identified.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lienskill is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lienskill disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use, third-party conduct, or reliance on user content, except where such limitations are not legally permitted.

10. Suspension and Termination

Lienskill may suspend, limit, or terminate access where there is policy non-compliance, safety risk, legal requirement, or repeated abuse. Enforcement actions may be temporary or permanent depending on severity, recurrence, and remediation status.

11. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published with a revised effective date. Continued use of Lienskill after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
